1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup of frozen coconut milk
Organic cacao powder (we used Of The Earth Superfoods)
Cacao nibs (we have used Of The Earth Superfoods)
Coconut chips (we have used Coconut Merchant)
Almond salted caramel truffle (we have used Booja Booja)
STEP 1) Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for few minutes.
STEP 2) Place the mix into a tray and top it with frozen berries, cacao nibs and coconut chips. freezer for few hours.
STEP 3) Freeze the ice-cream for few hours and take it off 30 minutes before serving.
STEP 4) Add some extra topping and serve with some pieces of almond salted caramel truffle
