An incredibly tasty recipe that can be used to make your breakfast glorious, to re-energise your body in the afternoon or end up a memorable dinner.  A real mini bomb of proteins, good fats and vitamins. Fruity, healthy, filling, nourishing and needless to say…delicious!!


3 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1 teaspoon of Moringa powder

1/2 cup of almond milk or coconut milk

1 tablespoon of mixed seeds

1/2  cup of fresh blueberries and strawberries

Agave syrup to taste


Gluten-free, Refined Sugar-free, contains Almonds, Raw


STEP 1) Place the chia seeds in a small jar and mixed them with the Moringa powder.

STEP 2) Add the hemp seeds on top then pour the almond milk. Place the jar in the fridge for few hours or overnight.

STEP 3) Top with mixed seeds, chopped berries and add Agave syrup to taste.

STEP 4) Enjoy Eat!
