We love dips. They are ready in 3 minutes (5 if you are tired), they need only a blender and no cooking is involved. The rule number one is: eat them right away to maximise the flavour and the health benefits! So other than being versatile, simple and incredibly tasty, they are one of the best options when you are starving.

Here is one featuring silken tofu, an excellent ingredient able to make any salsa creamy and moreish. A great replacement for dairy-based sauces, much lighter on the stomach yet a good source of protein.

Enjoy it as a snack or side dish with crudités, raw crackers or veggie chips (our favourites are beetroots, carrots and sweet potatoes!).



½ block of organic silken tofu

1 cup of Greek green olives

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

¼ cup of fresh parsley

¼ cup of grounded garlic

1 pinch of salt



Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free, Refined sugar-free


STEP 1) Chop the tofu into pieces and put them into a food processor.

STEP 2) Pit the olives and put them into the food processor together with the rest of the ingredients. Add some still water to allow a better blending and let the chia seeds grow.

STEP 3) Process intermittently for 1-2 minutes. Stop occasionally to scrape the mixture down the sides of the bowl then carry on until the dip is creamy and smooth.
